Personal data gathered through this website shall be processed subject to the organisational and technical measures laid down in Organic Act 15/1999 of December 13, on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter, LOPD) and other applicable regulations.
Minors aged under fourteen years shall have to furnish evidence of parental authorisation to have the pertinent data processed.
Archivists without Borders (AwB) Spain only processes website user data that is suitable, pertinent and not excessive for the purpose of attending to the users properly and performing the functions that have been entrusted to AwB under its Articles of Association and International Charter.
Under no circumstances shall cookies or other such means be used to store information that permits website users to be identified.
