This is the highest governing body of Archivists without Borders Spain. It is made up of all the members of the association who have a voting right to express and defend their rights as members.
The association Board has to detail the management carried out during the last year and, at the same time, explain the future proposals that are to be initiated. The General Assembly is entitled to decide over all matters referring to the organisation and operation of AwB, as well as future projects and proposals made by the members.
The Assembly convenes at least once a year in ordinary session. It can also convene in extraordinary session should the matters to be treated so require. Furthermore, every four years the General Assembly calls for elections to decide which members will form the Board.
