Management Board
This is the executive body of Archivists without Borders Spain.
Its functions are:
- Direct, manage and represent AwB.
- Carry out the decisions taken at the General Assembly.
- Establish working groups to accomplish the objectives of AwB in the most efficient and effective way, authorising the actions planned by these groups.
- Carry out the necessary contacts and actions before the public and private organisations to obtain their support for AwB’s projects.
Composition
According to the regulations of the organisation, the Management Board is made up of the president, the vice-president, the secretary, the treasurer and the members.
Call for meeting
The Management Board sessions are convened by the President and are held, as a general rule, once a month.
