This is the executive body of Archivists without Borders Spain. Its members are elected for a four-year period, with possibility of re-election.

Composition
According to the regulations of the organisation, the Management Board is made up of the president, the vice-president, the secretary, the treasurer and the members. These posts have to be held by different persons.
Calling meetings
The Management Board sessions are convened by the President and are held, as a general rule, once a month.
